8 to Great is a positive and practical way of thinking that offers a simple, yet powerful, 8-step process for taking charge of our lives and achieving our dreams. It revolves around author MK Mueller’s book 8 to Great.

The program is based on 8 Highways:

Introduction Exploring what real power looks like.

Highway 1. Get the Picture - how to clearly see our dreams happening and “think it till we feel it”.

Highway 2. Risk - once the picture is clear, learn to “run to, not from” and face our fears in order to move forward.

Highway 3. Full Responsibility - rather than a burden, this is the key to freedom as we discover that we are the only problem we have and therefore, we are the solution.

Highway 4. Feel All Your Feelings - for those suffering with depression or rage, this path reveals new insights into how accepting our emotions can empower us.

Highway 5. Honest Communication - when you’re ready to stop getting defensive in arguments and be done with triangulation in relationships.

Highway 6. Forgiveness- of the past.

Highway 7. Gratitude- for the present.

Highway 8. Hope- for the future.
